On , the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) officially launched its New Generation SmartBanking , a landmark achievement in its 2021–2025 digital transformation strategy. This "SABA" (SmartBanking) upgrade represented a total overhaul of the bank's digital ecosystem, merging previously separate internet and mobile banking channels into one seamless platform.
