- Black Screen on Connect: This is often a resolution mismatch. Try lowering the color depth in the connection settings (e.g., from 32-bit to 16-bit) or disabling "Bitmap Caching."
- Lag/Stuttering: Check the "Performance" tab in the client. If you are on a slow network, prioritize "Speed" over "Experience" (disabling desktop wallpaper and font smoothing helps).
- USB Device Not Redirecting: Ensure the iXremote USB Redirector service is running in the background on the local machine. You may need to manually select the USB device in the "Local Resources" tab of the client before connecting.
- Open Notepad and create a
.rdpfile. - Add these lines to force full capability:
