- Choose Browse my computer for drivers.
- Select the folder containing the iProg drivers and click Next.
- Open the iPROG case. Look for cold solder joints on the DB9, USB, or ZIF socket.
- Test the MAX232 (or equivalent level shifter) – it should have ~±9V on output pins.
- If using a K150 clone, the firmware might be corrupted; requires reflashing with a PICkit.
