The story follows three backpackers—Paxton, Josh, and Óli—traveling through Europe in search of hedonistic thrills. After being lured to a remote hostel in a small Slovakian town with promises of beautiful, easy women, they discover a nightmare far worse than they could have imagined. One by one, they are kidnapped and sold to an underground organization that allows wealthy clients to pay for the privilege of torturing and killing human victims.
