This guide assumes you have the software installed (Advance Design, or Advance Design Steel/Concrete modules).
- Go to Results > Beams > Moment My.
- Click any beam. A colorful diagram appears.
- Interpretation: Red means positive moment (tension bottom), Blue means negative (tension top).
- Define materials – C25/30 concrete, B500 steel
- Model slabs as shell elements (thickness 20 cm)
- Model columns + shear walls as shells or beams
- Generate floors using Story manager (copy up)
