Requirements:

1. Download the correct, safe version.
2. Run as Admin → Select Model → Connect via USB.
3. Waste Ink Pad Counter → Initialization.
4. Initial Settings → Initialize.
5. Power cycle.

• "A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life."
• "Service required. Parts inside your printer are near the end of their service life."
• Flashing red lights on all buttons (especially the power button + error light).
• Error Code: 0x69 or 0x9A (visible via EPSON Status Monitor).

Open the Utility

: Run the AdjProg.exe file from your downloaded folder . Select Your Model : Click the Select button. Download the correct, safe version
